🚚 Shipping Methods

  • We offer Registered Airmail and EMS (both by Japan Post), as well as FedEx.
  • Each shipping method differs in terms of speed, cost, and insurance coverage.

⏱ Delivery Time

  • Registered Airmail: 14–30 business days (default)

FedEx (3–7 business days) is available on request. Please contact us before ordering.

Delivery times may vary due to customs and local conditions.

📦 Handling Time

  • In-stock items: Shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Pre-order items: Shipped after the official release date. Delivery may be delayed due to supplier schedules.

💰 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the number of photocards in your order..
  • We do our best to keep shipping fees low and avoid additional charges whenever possible.

🔍 Tracking

  • All shipments include a tracking number.
  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched.

🌐 Customs and Taxes

  • Import taxes, duties, and other fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • These fees are determined by the laws and policies of the destination country.

📉 Lost or Damaged Items

  • We will file a compensation claim with the shipping carrier for any lost or damaged item.
  • Reimbursement will be based on the result of the claim.
  • For damaged items, please contact customer service with photos of the product and packaging.

⏳ Pre-order Items

  • Pre-orders ship after the official release date.
  • If you order both in-stock and pre-order items together, shipping will occur after the pre-order arrives.
  • To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
