🚚 Shipping
We offer Registered Airmail via Japan Post, as well as FedEx. Each method varies in delivery time, cost, and insurance coverage.
Yes, FedEx (3–7 business days) is available upon request. Please contact us before placing your order if you’d like to use this option.
Yes, all orders are shipped from Japan.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the number of photocards in your order.
If all items are purchased in one cart, they will be shipped together. For separate payments, please contact us to combine shipping.
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All shipments include tracking.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the product and packaging. We will file a claim with the carrier.
Delivery delays may occur due to customs or local postal conditions. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist with a carrier claim.
Yes. All import taxes, duties, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These vary by country.
Your order will ship after the pre-order item is released. To receive in-stock items earlier, please place a separate order.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed immediately upon order confirmation.
Payments may be declined due to card restrictions, insufficient funds, or mismatch in billing information. Please check with your payment provider.
If you paid via PayPal or Wise, some transactions may not show immediately. Please check your email for confirmation or contact us.
We do not charge extra fees beyond what is shown at checkout. However, your payment provider may apply international or currency conversion fees.
Unfortunately, we cannot change the payment method after the order has been placed.
While prices are listed in USD, you may pay in your local currency through PayPal or your card provider, based on their exchange rates.

🔄 Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Please contact us in advance via our contact form. We will provide the return address in Japan and further instructions.
Please contact us with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or refund.
For personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the buyer is responsible. If the item is incorrect or defective, we will cover the return shipping.
No. We only accept returns for unused and unopened items.
All return shipments must be sent to our address in Japan. The address will be provided after you contact us.
Yes, we do. However, the item must be unopened, and the buyer must cover return shipping costs.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
No. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
✂️ Cancellation
Cancellations are generally not accepted after an order is placed. In some cases, a cancellation may be approved with a 10% restocking fee.
Yes. In-stock orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Pre-orders may incur a 10–15% fee depending on timing.
No. Cancellations due to delayed release dates are not eligible for a fee waiver.
For personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the buyer is responsible. If the item is incorrect or defective, we will cover the return shipping.
No. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return Policy if needed.
Pre-orders canceled up to 7 days before release incur a 10% fee (min. $10). Within 7 days, the fee increases to 15% (min. $15). In-stock order cancellations may incur a 10% restocking fee.
