🔄 Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused and unopened.
• Original packaging and all accessories must be included.
• Returns due to change of mind or preference are accepted, but return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please note: All return shipments must be sent to Japan.

• Items marked as sale or final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
• If the returned item is not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

• For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• International return shipping can be expensive; please check your local rates.

📬 How to Initiate a Return

• Please contact us in advance through our contact form before returning any items.
• Returns must be shipped to our address in Japan. The full return address will be provided after you contact us.
• Items must be repacked in a manner similar to the original packaging.
• Returns must be shipped with a trackable shipping method.

🔁 Replacements / Exchanges

• We offer replacements for defective or damaged items.
• If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
• Replacements will be sent after we receive and inspect the returned item.
